Yes! All patrons will need a valid festival wristband to enter. You can select to ship your wristbands or pick them up at will call. Your wristband will be used for all purchases once you enter the festival.
Exit Wild Horse Pass or Queen Creek from I-10 and head west. Follow signs from the exit. Freeway matrix signs may direct you to specific exit–please follow directions of all traffic signs you approach.
Parking is available on site for Rawhide for $10 per day. Premium parking is $30 per day.
Phoenix Lights Festival is strictly 18+. All patrons will need a valid wristband to enter.
Yes, you must present a government issued ID to enter. It should be noted that only certain types of ID will be accepted to drink per Arizona state law:

Re-entry is not permitted in the same day. Wristbands will only scan for entry once per day.

Decorated festival ‘totems’ are okay to bring so long as they meet the following guidelines – NO TALLER THAN 6FT – Posters/Boards attached to totems can be NO LARGER THAN 18”x24” – Must be made from lightweight material (eg foam, PVC / no solid metal) – Collapsible camera telescoping extenders that follow the above guidelines are OK (lightweight/hollow aluminum/polycarbonate) – PVC, Light Wood, Aluminium poles must be no thicker than 1″ diameter – Decorated pool noodles work great for easy entrance through security – Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry. Please note that any items that are deemed dangerous may not be admitted into the event. Please note that anything deemed inappropriate, insensitive, or distasteful will NOT be admitted to the event.
This event will be cashless. You will have the opportunity to activate your wristband or add cash at top-up station, but bars, vendors, and merch will not accept cash or card directly.
Yes, ATMs will be available on site next to the top-up station. The box office accepts both cash and card.
All ticket sales are final. Please note that management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. Patrons who are clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be admitted.
