What're the age limits?
Phoenix Lights is 18+ to enter, 21+ bar. VIP and Table areas are 21+ only. All patrons will need a valid, government-issued ID to enter.
Do I need to keep my wristband on?
YES! Festival wristbands must be worn for the duration of the event including the following day if you purchased a Weekend Pass. If you purchased a Weekend Pass and you remove your wristband, you will not be permitted to enter.
How do I get my wristband?
If you selected Domestic Shipping while placing your order online, your wristband will be shipped to you at the address you provided.
If you purchased tickets online and received Print@Home tickets, you will receive free shipping. Follow these instructions
to update your shipping address before 3/13 and your wristbands will be shipped to you free of charge.
If you purchased a physical ticket from Zia's or a promoter, you will need to pick up your wristband at the festival box office. More information about festival box office hours will be posted close to the show.
Do I need an ID to enter?
Yes, you must present a government issued ID to enter. It should be noted that only certain types of ID will be accepted to drink per Arizona state law:

What does VIP include?
VIP tickets include separate VIP entrance, 2x complimentary drinks per ticket, catered food, a large VIP deck with assorted seating, premium view of the main stage, passed hers d’oeuvres, and a commemorative lanyard.
How do I get there?
Phoenix Lights is located in Margaret T Hance Park in Downtown Phoenix. Hance Park is also known as Deck Park as it's over the I-10 tunnel. Main entrance to the festival is on Moreland St between 1st St and 2nd St.

Where can I buy a ticket?

. Tickets are also available at 5 Zia Records locations in the Phoenix metro area and 2 Tucson Zia Records locations. Online is the fastest and easiest way to purchase tickets.
What if I can’t find my ticket?
If you purchased from this site, visit See Tickets
(Flavorus) to retrieve your ticket online. You can also call See Tickets at 1 (323) 908-0607.
Hard tickets cannot be replaced.
How can I change the card on my payment plan?
Do I need to print my ticket?
All tickets must be printed clearly in order to be scanned upon entry. Our scanners will only be able to read a ticket on a phone if the screen is uncracked and the brightness is turned all the way up.
What if my ticket doesn’t have my name on it?
Ticket name does not need to match ID as long as ticket is printed and scannable. You will only need to present an ID for your ticket if it is not printed and you need to pick it up at will call.
Will tickets be available at the door?
Tickets will be available at the door so long as it doesn't say SOLD OUT when you try to purchase a ticket from this website.
What time do doors open? When should I get there?
Doors open at 12:00PM each day. There are a lot of performers, so early arrival is highly recommended. The event ends at 11:00 PM each night

Time slots will be released the week of the event.

What're the rules on festival totems?
Decorated festival ‘totems’ are okay to bring
– Maximum 10ft tall
– Must be made from lightweight material (eg foam, PVC / no solid metal)
– Collapsable camera telescoping extenders that follow the above guidelines are OK (lightweight/hollow aluminum/polycarbonate)
– PVC, Light Wood, Aluminium poles must be no thicker than 1″ diameter
– Decorated pool noodles work great for easy entrance through security
– Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry.
Please note that any items that are deemed dangerous may not be admitted into the event.
I'm driving there. Where do I park?
We HIGHLY recommend riding the lightrail as the light rail stop is just a few minute walk away. You can park at a Park and Ride and ride the lightrail to the event. Parking will not be otherwise available directly on site; however, surrounding lots and garages will allow event parking for a fee.
Is there food?
There will be food vendors inside the festival.
Will there be merchandise for purchase?
Yes, Phoenix Lights festival merch and Relentless Beats merch will be available for purchase. Artists will have t-shirts, posters, etc to purchase as well.
Do I need to bring cash?
We recommend you bring cash. Many bars and vendors will accept credit cards, but some will be cash only.
Is there an ATM?
Yes, ATMs will be available on site. The box office accepts both cash and card.
Anything else I need know?
All ticket sales are final. Please note that management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. Patrons who are clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be admitted.
