What is cashless?
Phoenix Lights will be a cashless event meaning that all vendors, bars, and merchants will only take payments by tapping your wristband inside the festival. There will be instructions for how to link a card to your wristband included with your shipment.
When will my wristband ships?
Wristbands will start shipping to the address you provided approximately one month before the event if you chose Domestic Shipping at checkout. If you need to update your address, please contact See Tickets directly.
Do I need a wristband?
Yes! All patrons will need a valid festival wristband to enter. You can elect to ship your wristbands or pick them up at will call. Your wristband will be used for all purchases once you enter the festival.
How do I get there?
Exit Wild Horse Pass Blvd from the I-10 and head west. Follow the signs to the festival.
Where do I park?
Parking is available on site for $10 per day. Premium parking is $30 per day.
What're the age limits?
Phoenix Lights is all ages. 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Patrons whoa are 21 or older will need to present an ID to receive a drinking wristband. IDs will be checked upon entry.
Do I need an ID to enter?
IDs will be verified upon entry. It should be noted that only certain types of ID will be accepted to drink per Arizona state law:
Arizona Driver’s License
Arizona Identification Card
Resident Alien Card
US Driver’s License
May I leave and re-enter?
Re-entry is not permitted in the same day. Wristbands will only scan for entry once per day.

Please not that if you purchase a physical or hard ticket, it must be treated like cash as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Will tickets be available at the door?
Tickets will be available at the door so long as it doesn't say SOLD OUT when you try to purchase a ticket from this website.
What time do doors open? When should I get there?
Doors open at Noon each day. There are a lot of performers, so early arrival is highly recommended. The event ends at Midnight each night.
When will time slots be released?
Time slots will be released the week of the event.

What're the rules on festival totems?
Decorated festival ‘totems’ are okay to bring so long as they meet the following guidelines
– NO TALLER THAN 6FT
– Posters/Boards attached to totems can be NO LARGER THAN 18”x24”
- Must be made from lightweight material (eg foam, PVC / no solid metal)
– Collapsible camera telescoping extenders that follow the above guidelines are OK (lightweight/hollow aluminum/polycarbonate)
– PVC, Light Wood, Aluminium poles must be no thicker than 1″ diameter
– Decorated pool noodles work great for easy entrance through security
– Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry.
Please note that any items that are deemed dangerous may not be admitted into the event. Please note that anything deemed inappropriate, insensitive, or distasteful will NOT be admitted to the event.
Is there food?
There will be food vendors inside the festival. Festival vendors will ONLY accept RFID payments from your wristband so be sure to activate before you arrive or as the activation tent right after entering the festival.
Will there be merchandise for purchase?
Yes, festival will be available for purchase. Artists will have t-shirts, posters, etc to purchase as well. Festival vendors will ONLY accept RFID payments from your wristband so be sure to activate before you arrive or at a right after entering the festival at the activation tent..
Do I need to bring cash?
This event will be cashless. You will have the opportunity to activate your wristband by linking a card before you arrive online or you may activate at the festival near the entrance. You also may top-up your wristband with cash if you prefer not to link your card. Bars, vendors, and merch will not accept cash or card directly.
Is there an ATM?
Yes, ATMs will be available on site next to the top-up station. The box office accepts both cash and card.
Anything else I need know?
All ticket sales are final. Please note that management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. Patrons who are clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be admitted.
